Do you ship to Germany and the UK?
- I’m afraid I no longer can since the laws changed.
What is your pin grading policy?
- If I can see a flaw at half an arm to a full arm’s length length away in either natural lighting or in a room with a good lamp, it’s a seconds grade pin. If I can see a flaw just by picking it up normally, it’s a C. This is based on personal preference and what I as a customer would be happy to receive. Due to the handmade nature of pins, no pin is going to be completely flawless.
Do you do refunds?
- Preorders are not refundable unless there is an exceptional circumstance. If you have an exceptional circumstance, you need to contact me directly.
- If your in-hand item has not shipped I will refund it minus a 4% restocking fee.
- To receive a refund for shipped a shipped item or items, the item or items must first be returned to me before I will offer a refund. This is also minus a 4% restocking fee, and also minus the shipping cost.
How often do you ship?
- Within one to two weeks, usually on a Saturday as that’s my one full day off due to working full time graveyard shifts.
- If I am able to I will ship sooner, depending on if I’m able to make it to a post office after my shift. If you need something shipped sooner, please include that in the order notes and I’ll do my best (I say this because post offices are largely closed on Sundays, or operating on very reduced hours and I can’t always make it in time).
- Please note that by default I do not provide tracking. This is in order to provide you with a lower price. If you need tracking, please reach out to me before placing an order and I’ll work out a tracked option for you.
Will you do pins or other merch for a thing I love?
- I’m open to suggestions, but if you want to guarantee that I make something you’re hoping for, please consider commissioning me as otherwise I’ll only do it if I either end up in love with the story in question or with the aesthetic.
- I participate in group orders (also referred to as GOs) and as my items go through a few different households which do have cats or dogs, please exercise caution if you are severely allergic!
